About Counting Team (CC)
The purpose of the counting ministry is to provide MVCC with accurate information about the amount of the offerings given each week. The offering is also prepared for deposit into the MVCC bank account. All of this information is used by the MVCC office staff to maintain accounting records, as well as the church database, used to identify donors.
The Counting Team works on a regular monthly rotation, so members only serve ONE time per month on either a Sunday after the last service or Monday morning. Each week's team consists of 2-4 people.

Essential Skills & Responsibilities:
- A member of MVCC
- Have good skills in basic math
- Be able to use a calculator to add and subtract
- Be able to count currency and coin
- Be able to pay attention to detail
- Be able to maintain privacy regarding donor personal information
- Be dependable, reliable, and good communicator
- Background check
